Private Lesson Rate: $250/hour (USD)(Minimum 4 Hour Package Required- If travel to Atlanta)(Minimum 8 hour package required if Heath travels to you)
Heath only teaches a minimum of 4 hour packages (8-12 hours over a 2-3 day period is recommended) as science tells us for one to improve or to retain what they learn it takes thousands of repetitions (approximately 5000) in order for motor engrams to be created. This cannot be done in a typical one hour lesson. When you come train with Heath you will typically work on mastering and creating one technical and one tactical fundamental motor program. Any time less than the four hours (optimally 8) will not be a true productive use of your time or Heath’s.
The 4 hour package is typically scheduled in one day broken down into two 2 hour sessions with a break in between sessions. The recommended 8 hour package will be 4 hours per day over a two day period. Typically each day consists of 2 hours of technical development implementing The ACE Technical System™, followed by a 2 hour tactical implementation of The ACE Tactical System™. Have Heath travel to you (8-12 hour package required over 2-3 day period): A 25% non refundable deposit of total package agreed upon is required to be mailed in 4 weeks prior to training date to reserve your training session.
Travel requirements: Client is responsible for covering all of Heath's travel related expenses including airfare, car rental (if needed), lodging, and food, plus the minimum 8-12 hour training package is required. You WILL be elated at the results in one weekend...guaranteed!
