Excellent. Finally an analysis that goes into the role of the wrist, especially the ulnar deviation. It really is something you have to think about as opposed to pronation.

Excellent article but it would be nice if you had an article that told you how to do each separate serve instead of the difference between the first and second serves. some things i think you should include in a future article like this are what the swing pattern for the racket should be for different serves and what the spin should be like. Great site! it has improved my game a lot!
